Get Ready for the 2011 World Copyright Summit in Brussels
Following an outstanding success in Washington, DC in 2009, the World Copyright Summit will be back in Europe in 2011. Organised by CISAC (the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers), it will be held
June 7-8 2011 in Brussels.
The Summit is the world’s premier event for all stakeholders involved in the future of the creative industries. It brings together creators, rights organizations and guilds, policymakers, representatives of the entertainment and cultural sector, ISPs and content service providers, media and telecommunications operators, IT and hardware manufacturers, and legal experts to debate the future of copyright and the distribution of creative works in the digital era.
The entire 2009 World Copyright Summit material is now available online (videos, photos and speeches) on www.cisac.org.
